Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReplyAll (“the App”), operated by Digit-I (“we,” “us,” “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

ReplyAll is a unified messaging tool that lets you connect supported messaging or social platforms (including Meta platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram) to manage conversations, collaborate with team members, and use AI agents, subject to your subscription plan.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are auto-renewing until cancelled.
• All billing is handled by the app store from which you purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payments, refunds, and cancellation are governed by that store’s terms and policies.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• We do not provide refunds directly; refund requests must be made through the applicable app store.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then.
• We reserve the right to change prices or plan features with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful content.
• Violate the terms or policies of third-party platforms you connect.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to the App.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The App integrates with third-party platforms (such as Meta) using their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to, outages of, or actions taken by those platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, engage in misuse, or if required by applicable law or the policies of third-party platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
